Everything that is possible has been done in team VEIDEC before the finals at Santa Pod. The team is therefore very confident when they head for England next week. Now Team VEIDEC hopes for some good weather and just a little bit of luck.

The season so far, has been a good one for team VEIDEC in the Pros Stock Bike-championship. Maybe the most positive thing is the fantastic improvement of young rookie driver Karls Lyrén during the season. His best time so far, 7,34 seconds, puts him up among the top ten drivers in the championship. During tests Karl has driven even faster.

- If somebody had told me before the season how fast I´m going to drive this year I would not have believed him. I am more than satisfied with my results so far, Karl Lyrén says

The young driver has not only improved his driving skills. He has also trained his physics hard during the summer and has among other things lost 8 kg due to that. Last weekend the team was testing at VEIDEC Raceway and made some final adjustments to the engine. Therefore Karl is very confident before the final race of this season. For the two other drivers in the team, Kenneth Vik and Stavros Svrachos the season has been a roller coaster ride with good results mixed with technical problems. That kind of mishaps have for example spoiled Kenneth Viks chances to win the championship this year. Stavros has also suffered from some engine problems and that is why both riders want to finish their season in style at Santa Pod.
